- 简介：Zhou Rongsheng, born in 1951 in Yakeshi, Inner Mongolia, is originally from Funing County, Hebei Province. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Beijing Normal University. He is a member of the China Artists Association, the chairman of the Inner Mongolia Artists Association, the vice chairman of the Inner Mongolia Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and the Director of the Inner Mongolia Chinese Painting Art Committee. He holds the title of National First-Class Artist and enjoys a special government allowance from the State Council.
